D ay of Coordination
Already completed all the planning?
Meili's Day of Wedding/Event Coordination is a service designed for those who have already completed all the planning but want an event coordinator to manage the big day so that they can have the peace of mind that all their details will come together as they envisioned.
Below is our Day of Coordination package but because we understand that each wedding is unique and different, please contact us to discuss your vision so that we can create a bespoke package for you.
YOUR DAY OF COORDINATION INCLUDES:

A dedicated Planner/Wedding Coordinator

A detailed meeting (in person or by video depending on location) to run through the plans to date

Email introduction (sent from Meili Events or from the Client) to all your selected vendors

Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving the day of

Email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned

Site visit to go over details of the day, subject to the selected location/venue

Timeline creation and run of show of day details

To oversee all agreed aspects of the day

Greet vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding
